Registered Users

Dispute Resolution

If you are unable to resolve your concern within 10 business days of contacting the customer service department, either party may proceed to file a claim to resolve the dispute in accordance with these Terms.

15.2 At the sole discretion of Bestyle Home, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from your access to or use of the Website or the Website’s contents, or disputes arising from the interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination of these Terms, to be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association, applying California state law.

15.3 Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising from access to or use of the Website or related to these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim or cause of action first arose, or it will be forever barred.

Each party explicitly waives any objection to this choice of venue, including, but not limited to, objections based on forum non conveniens.

Termination

Alternatively, you may terminate by simply discontinuing your use of the Website.

18.3 Any breach or violation of these Terms will lead to the termination of your access to or use of the Website. If, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any Term or if we have reasonable suspicion of non-compliance, we reserve the right to terminate your access or use at any time without prior notice. In the event of such termination, you will remain responsible for all outstanding amounts up to and including the date of termination.

Severability

Price Adjustment Policy
