A: We offer shipping to all states across the continental United States. Please note, we currently do not ship to the United States’ minor outlying islands.

A: We use trusted shipping providers such as FedEx and USPS. The delivery time from placing an order to receiving the parcel is typically 6-8 days.

A: If your chosen item is available in stock, we will process your order within 24 hours. Please note, we do not handle orders on weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

A: After placing an order on our website, if you’d like to track the order status, visit our website oulluofurniture.com, click the user like icon at the top right corner, and at the left side bar click “Orders”, check the order and you’ll find the updated tracking information accordingly.

A: Occasionally, there might be unexpected delays in shipping. If this happens, we will send you an email to inform you about the delay and offer alternative options if available.

A: If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please send us an email with photos or videos to demonstrate the damaged or lost parts. Our after-sales engineer team will evaluate the case and bring out proper solutions.
